- 2/3 Cup Hemp Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 TSP Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup Organic Coconut Palm Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Hemp Hearts
- 2/3 Cup Steel Cut Rolled Oats
- 1 TSP Cinnamon Powder
- Add Chocolate Chips as Desired
Preheat oven to 375F
Combine eggs, vanilla, hemp butter into bowl and mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
Add in remaining dry ingredients, mix well.

Set the bowl in the refrigerator, covered with a dry and clean kitchen towel, until the dough is firm.
Use a large spoon to scoop out and form balls of desired cookie size and place 3-4 inches apart on parchment lined cookie sheet.
Use a fork to crisscross flatten, and bake for eight to ten minutes, enjoy!
Allow the cookies to cool on the cookie sheet for five minutes before serving.
